By enrolling in SmartCare+, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Membership Nature
SmartCare+ is a repair discount membership, not an insurance policy, warranty, or replacement plan.
2. Subscription Requirement

Membership is billed monthly

Subscription payments must be made on time

Any missed or late payment may result in suspension or cancellation
3. 60-Day Waiting Period

Customer must maintain an active subscription for at least 60 consecutive days before any repair discount may be redeemed

If payment lapses, the 60-day waiting period resets
4. Discount Terms

Repairs performed may void existing manufacturer coverage
7. Cancellation Policy

Membership may be canceled at any time

Cancellation removes eligibility for discounted repairs immediately

No refunds for previously paid subscription fees
8. Abuse & Fraud

Any attempt to misuse, share, or falsify device eligibility may result in immediate termination without refund
